Maintenance and installation terms and conditions.
Consultation/Evaluation of aquarium setup
$60.00/hour (any portion of the first hour)
Recommendations and proposals for aquarium
Aquarium installation
$60.00/hour/man - includes delivery and installation of aquarium and all needed equipment for a complete aquarium system as agreed
Regular Aquarium Maintenance
$60.00/hour (any portion of the first hour)
Water chemistry and quality tests
Up to 25% water change and gravel cleaning
Complete cleaning inside/outside of tank
Physical check and maintenance of filters, air pumps, heaters, powerheads
Visual check of fish and plants/inverts
Health evaluation of fish and inverts
Emergency visit
$90/hour/man (for any portion of the first hour)
For any visit scheduled less than 24 hours in advance during normal business hours Mon.-Fri. 10 A.M> - 5P.M>
$120.00/hour/man for any emergency visit not within business hours
Travel fee
$0.50/mile - example: 10 miles traveled one way, 10 on the back;
20 miles traveled total.. 20x.50=$10 traveling fee. If the service or maintenance is located in downtown Chicago or anywhere else where parking is paid for, there will be an additional fee equal to the parking fee.
Other fees
$60.00/hour any other custom work or service not specified above will also be billed at the above rate of $60.00.
Any customer not available at the time and date of a scheduled visit will be billed the traveling fee as well as a fee of $60.00.
If a scheduled service visit will be cancelled within 24 hours or less of the visit, the customer will be billed a $60.00 cancellation fee.
Payment and setup terms and conditions
All payments are due in full at the time the work is performed
All supplies needed that are used will be billed to the customer
We do not guarantee fish/plants/inverts
The price of the aquarium package and installation may very based on any changes or additions to the aquarium package and time/method of installation. The complete package price with installation does not include any work/service performed after the installation is complete.
Limitation of liability: We specifically disclaim any liability for any actual, direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages; including property damage and/or bodily harm, arising out of or in any way connected with the product and/or service we provide, as well as manufacturer faults and defects of products which we may use.
